* Please do not order without careful consideration, as labor cost will be charged. Our products are delicately hand made and takes days to finish.
* If you are under 18 years of age, permission from parents or guardians is required.
* It is a good idea to consult with your dentists for recommendation before placing any order.
* It is recommended that you have the condition and size of your teeth checked by a dentist before ordering dental caps..
* Cleaning dental caps and your teeth everyday is recommended.
* Please note that gold caps can be faded by body acid, body temperature, smoking, and drinking.
* All order shipped out to our customers will return back to us if no one is available to accept the package or no one picks up the package from the shipping company's local station. We are not responsible for product not collected within this time period. We will charge re-delivery charges and processing fees if we need to re-ship a package.
* All our product are precision made to the highest standard. We accept no responsibility for damage after collection.
* All personal and business checks take approximately 10-15 days of processing time.
* We verify all foreign addresses if the order is paid by credit card. This process can take up to 2 weeks.
* All domestic orders paid by credit card can only be shipped to a confirmed address. Customers who would like to get their product shipped to an address other than their credit card statement address will be asked to contact their banks to list the shipping address with them. We will only ship to that address once the bank has confirmed the address.
* Shipping costs listed on the site is only for shipping within the U.S. International shipping costs vary by destination. International customers are contacted to inform about shipping costs to their country once they have placed their orders.
* Prices may change at any time without notice. All promotional prices or discounts are only valid during the promotion period.
GRILL PROCESS
Shipping Information:
Impression kit is mailed off within 2 business days
from the day the order was processed. Customer should receive impression kit within 3-5 business days after impression kit is shipped. The grill is shipped after we receive the impression kit back from the customer, we will ship the finished Gold Teeth standard 7-10 business days, and faster shipping is available. Keep in mind for the fastest service customer should send impression kit back to Bright Light Grillz via Express Next Day Shipping, otherwise turnaround may take longer
Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellation and Warranty
Due to the fact that all of our products are custom made for each individuals we are not able to issue any refunds to our customers. However, we do believe in our customers’ satisfaction. Our products are of highest quality and goes through rigorous quality inspection before they are shipped out to the customers’.
Grills: If our grills do not fit properly we would ask our customer to send the grill back along with the mold so that we can tighten and adjust the grill. Please call the customer service line (407-914-5090) before mailing your grill. We must receive your call within 24-48 hours after you have received your grill. Once you have called the customer service line you must mail the grill back within the next 5 business days.
Once we receive a grill we will then examine why the product did not fit and try to adjust the grill. If it is determined that any grill did not fit due to our negligence we will re manufacture that grill after we have tried all other ways to make the grill fit.
Product Breakage/ Damage Warranty:
All merchandise offered at Bright Light Grillz is purchased brand new from the manufacturer or custom made by the jeweler and is shipped directly in this condition to the customer. Each item is inspected before shipment for any damage or flaws. We will never send out broken, used or flawed items. Should the the item not pass our inspection, we will have the issue corrected, replaced or re-made before we will ship the item to the customer.
Customer Responsibility:
Once Bright Light Grillz ships an order to a customer we can not assume how it is being used or cared for. It is the customer’s responsibility to wear and care for their jewelry properly. We reserve the right to refuse responsibility for merchandise no longer in our possession. This means we do not guarantee breakage, missing stones, or any other damage caused to the jewelry by the person wearing it. If a customer buys jewelry from us and breaks it, we will not be held responsible or liable.

Custom Pieces/Pendant and other Jewelry:
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. All custom 10K+ gold pendants and other gold jewelry have 1 year limited warranty.
Silver Jewelry
All sale are final. We will only fix manufacturing defects. All products are thoroughly checked before shipping. Please note: Silver tarnishes a lot faster than gold. Remember, the more humid the climate the faster silver will tarnish.
Order cancellation
Any and all credit/debit card order cancellations are subjected to a 10% transaction and order cancellation processing fee.
So why do we charge this outrageous fee? Simply because that is the exact charge we incur for processing an order (credit card) through our credit card processing system.
We will deduct an additional $25 if a molding kit was ordered and shipped prior to order cancellation.
Some customers may want to get the product they ordered at a later time. We recommend getting a store credit instead of canceling the order.
Customer’s credit will be valid for 12 months starting from the date of purchase.
Making changes to your order
If you have ordered a grill you may make a change only before production begins. Any change made after beginning of production will incur a change fee (This fee will be based on the total price of the product purchased).
Shipping Policy
Credit Card Payments
We verify billing and shipping addresses for all orders paid with credit cards. Both billing and shipping addresses must be listed with the bank or credit card company and must be verifiable. We understand that many orders are purchased as gifts which may go to a different location than the actual billing address.
Our customers can do the following if their confirmed billing address is different than the shipping address:
1) Customers can authorize us to ship orders to their confirmed billing address.
2) Or, customers can call their bank and enlist their shipping address as an "Alternate address" with their bank. This process only takes five minutes and most credit card companies are aware of this process. This will allow us to ship orders to any location of customer's choice once the address has been verified.

International Orders

What are Gold Teeth?
Gold Teeth are removable gold caps that clip onto your teeth. They are called by several different names such as Gold Grills, Grill Fronts, Gold Caps, Grillz, Goldz, etc. These removable Gold Teeth are considered to be jewelry, or "teeth rings". They are not dental appliances although they look just like dental gold crowns.
Can I eat and sleep with Gold Teeth on?
Although it is possible to eat and sleep with them, we do not recommend doing so. You should treat them as jewelry and care for them as such.
How do I order?
In order to make a set of Gold Teeth, you must take impressions of your teeth and send them to us. You can go to any local dentist's office to take the teeth impression, or you can purchase our Mould Kit if you want to do it yourself. The Kit contains all the materials along with easy to follow instructions.
What types of metal are available for removable caps?
Silver:
Least expensive, easily tarnished
10k gold/white gold: Inexpensive gold, durable, shines well, but will be tarnished by tobacco smoke
14k gold/white gold: Durable, shines well, not easily tarnished.
18k gold/white gold: Soft, good yellow gold color will not be tarnished by tobacco smoke.
22k gold: Very soft, very yellow color, never tarnish, but less shine.
Dental gold: Durable, shines well, will not tarnish, but not good color representation
Platinum: Most expensive, very strong, never tarnish, but will lose shine and hard to polish. Although you would pay a premium for this grill, it would not be apparent if you were wearing platinum or white gold, or even silver because they all look similar in color.
What if I have some missing teeth?
No problem! We can still make them as if there were no missing teeth at all.
What is the turn around time for an order?
You receive grill jewelry 7- 10 business days after we receive your impression mould.
What is the maximum number of Gold Teeth I can order?
As many teeth as you have, including any missing ones.
Do I have to clean my gold teeth every day?
We strongly recommend cleaning them as often as you would brush your teeth so that they don't collect any bacteria. You can use your toothbrush to clean inside of the gold caps.
Can I make my own design?
Yes, you can draw your own design and email it to us.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept money orders and all major credit cards. You can mail in the payment or use PayPal, which is the most convenient and secure way of making a payment.
What is the return policy?
All removable Gold Teeth are custom made for each individual customer. For this reason, there will be no refund or exchange. However, we will remake them in the case of it not fitting properly. In that case, you just take another mould and send back to us along with your Gold Teeth because sometimes the mould that was taken first time was not properly done.
All merchandise are final sales and non refundable.
